Terms of service

The commitments below are not marketing copy: each one is a control in the product and a constant in the code, and the billing engine refuses to sell a plan that drops one of them.

This page is generated from the running deployment, so it changes when the service does.
This is an engineering draft. Counsel has not reviewed it and it is not the executed document, so the clause wording below is not final and is not binding. Everything stated as a fact is generated from what the service actually enforces and is accurate today.
What is already enforced

These six are the floor on every plan and on every deployment. An operator can rename a plan and set its price; none of them can switch these off.

Refund policy

1. Who you are contracting with

This deployment is operated as SocialMediaIQ at socialmediaiq.onine.app. A white-label deployment is operated by its own legal entity, which is why every register behind these pages is per deployment rather than shared.

2. What a plan may and may not change

A plan carries volume, retention and a support response time. It cannot carry a module, a network, the API, single sign-on, SCIM, a session policy or white-label, because the plan record has nowhere to put one.

Unlimited seats and connected accounts on every plan · no per-seat pricing, ever

3. Where your data is held

This deployment stores data in eu-west-2. The region is chosen when a deployment is created and never changes, because there is no cross-region replication of content to move.

What counsel still has to supply

These clause groups are named rather than drafted. An engineering draft of contract language is worth less than an honest gap, so the gap is listed.

  • Acceptable use, suspension and the notice given before it
  • Ownership and licence of the content a customer publishes through the service
  • Warranties, limitation of liability and indemnities
  • Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution per deployment region
  • Service credits attached to the published objectives
